The client’s procurement data lived in a highly secured, private SAP network. While it served as the system of record, it was inaccessible for daily operational use by budget owners. With over 100,000 records to track, manual updates were failing, leaving financial controllers with stale data and unreliable forecasts for long-term agreements.

We engineered a high-capacity data bridge designed for security-conscious environments.

• The Custom "Proxy Agent": To maintain the integrity of the client’s private network, we developed a custom Proxy Agent. Running locally on their data warehouse, it securely pushes encrypted data to Make.com, bypassing the need for risky inbound firewall openings.
• High-Volume Orchestration: We optimized Make.com scenarios to handle 100,000+ records—a scale rarely seen in low-code environments. This engine processes the business logic and syncs it directly to monday.com.
• Split-Stream Reporting: We deployed a dual-layer strategy. monday.com acts as the intuitive "Action Layer" for operational updates, while processed data is fed into PowerBI for strategic, executive-level financial forecasting.

Outcome
